Job Description
As a Security Officer Access Coordinator in Earth City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location as an Access Control Officer, helping manage entry points, verify badges and credentials, and monitor activity to help support a secure environment. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and/or drivers, verify credentials and documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, trailer yards, and perimeter, noting unusual activity, access issues, and/or potential policy violations.
- Support shipping and receiving operations by observing vehicle traffic, directing visitors and/or vendors to appropriate check-in areas, and following post orders for access to restricted areas.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
