Security Officer Access Coordinator

About the role

As a Security Officer Access Coordinator in Cross Junction, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter.

Requirements

• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
• Licenses and certifications: Guard card, CPR, First Aid, access control and badge experience, customer service experience.

Skills

• Computer skills (preferred).
• Guard card and/or license (preferred).
