What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
- Screen visitors, contractors, and/or vehicles entering the property, direct them to appropriate areas, and maintain required access records.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting observations and activity according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, loading areas, and parking locations, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
Minimum Requirements
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
