- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, managing visitor and driver entry, maintaining access records, and communicating entry requirements.
- Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and equipment issues according to site procedures.
