- DayTime: Fri 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Sat 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific access control procedures, visitor management protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access throughout the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting notable activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, loading areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to identify unusual conditions and support access control objectives.
- Absorb badge checks, package and delivery screening, and front entry oversight while maintaining detailed logs of visitors, vendors, and security-related events.
Minimum Requirements
- CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
