What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document arrivals, departures, and other access-related activity in accordance with site expectations.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and key access points to help support security-related operations, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns through proper channels.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
