What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, document arrivals and departures, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and/or unusual activity according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas, noting security-related concerns and reporting maintenance, access, and/or policy issues.
- Complete required logs, reports, and communication records related to access activity, deliveries, inspections, and other security-related observations.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
