As a Security Officer Access Control Compliance in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, issue and monitor badges, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization credentials, and manage visitor access in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate access-related logs, visitor records, and incident documentation as required by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, lobby areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Security Experience is required.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
