As a Security Officer Access Control in Clinton, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor and manage access to the property through credential verification, visitor registration, contractor check-in, and issuance of temporary access credentials in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor entry points, lobby areas, loading docks, and/or other designated access locations to help deter unauthorized entry and support a professional environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, building perimeters, and access points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$15.00 per hour

• Thursday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
