What You'll Do

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, maintain access logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to post orders and location protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns.
Support vehicle and delivery access procedures by checking identification, coordinating visitor and contractor entry, and communicating security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Able to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
