Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Manage visitor access, verify credentials, and monitor entry points.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Obtain necessary licensing as required by state and/or local laws.
• Hold a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and problem-solve in critical situations.
• Attention to detail in managing access control and monitoring entry points.

Pay

$17.00 / Hour

Schedule

Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sunday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
