Security Officer Access Administrator

As a Security Officer Access Administrator in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badging protocols, and security-related policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points for a manufacturing and industrial location, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related observations, access activity, and unusual events according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, gates, and parking areas, with attention to access points, delivery traffic, and other location-specific conditions.
• Communicate with site personnel, contractors, and delivery drivers regarding entry requirements, directions, and site rules, while reporting maintenance concerns and/or security-related issues to the appropriate contacts.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
