Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records and logs of all training conducted
• Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps
• Avoidance of outdated training methods and stay updated on new techniques
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills
• Gather feedback from Training Manager and trainees after each educational session
• Partner with clients and liaise with leaders to meet any last-minute requirements
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Manage and maintain local IC training office and equipment
• Research and recommend new training methods when needed
• Be prepared to assist with post-coverages when necessary
• Be available to work differing hours and shifts based on client/officer needs

Qualifications

• Patrol the premises like a pro
• Control access and be the gatekeeper of safety
• Must have experience with CCTV cameras
• Tech Savvy - Must possess computer skills: word / excel
• Must maintain a visible security presence
• Respond to incidents in a timely manner
• Write detailed reports - daily/weekly/monthly
• Work with management and law enforcement when needed
• Stay sharp, stay professional, and keep security on point
