Key Role/Responsibilities
- Answers and/or directs incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel or agency department
- Types memorandums or routine letters of correspondence
- Answers routine (oral and written) inquiries
- Sets up visitors and ensures they are properly signed in, badged, and assigned to an approved escort
- Verifies visual identity for government personnel before entering secure space
- Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Confidentiality
- Thorough attention to detail
- Effectively communicates with team members both verbally and in writing
- US Citizenship, due to nature of work performed and contract requirement
- Must pass a government background investigation
Additional Qualifications
- Experience working in the Government services industry is preferred
- Physical activities require reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling repetitive motions, walking, and standing
