About the Role

The Security Manager for One North Breakers Row oversees and provides training for all Security Officers across three shifts. This role involves maintaining emergency response protocols, ensuring physical security within the residential facility, enforcing security regulations, and managing security systems. The Security Manager will produce detailed reports, maintain a comprehensive training program, and coach security specialists to foster a cohesive and proactive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all security team members across three shifts
• Maintain a comprehensive training program for security personnel
• Monitor security and safety systems, conduct investigations, and file reports
• Assist with access control system management and loss prevention efforts
• Identify and address training needs for the team and individuals
• Develop and implement training programs, ensuring certification for all security team members
• Coach and counsel security specialists on job performance
• Uphold high security standards and respond to resident concerns promptly
• Monitor vendor and contractor activities for security compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in security management or a related field
• Knowledge of security regulations and protocols
