Security Manager
Responsibilities
You are responsible for Supporting strategic and tactical operations for Honeywell’s non-U.S. government security compliance programs.
Serve as Honeywell’s supply chain security experts and CTPAT Administrator to ensure internal processes and procedures are developed to meet U.S. government requirements.
Ensure programs, processes, resources, and facilities meet and exceed required standards, with ongoing audits and readiness checks.
Support all aspects of personnel security management associated with Honeywell’s public sector initiatives, working directly with government partners to ensure compliance.
Manage security onboarding, required reporting and approvals, and personnel readiness efforts to ensure staff can support government security compliance programs.
Liaison with Government security representatives, ensuring smooth communication and compliance with clearances and facilities.
Support all federal inspections, audits, and incident investigations, maintaining a best-in-class compliance record.
Lead internal risk assessments, on-site audits, and validations across corporate sites, foreign suppliers, and third-party logistics partners.
Develop advanced security training across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Have 5+ years of experience in supply chain and industrial security; at least 2+ years in CTPAT administration.
Have 3+ years of experience in non-U.S. government security compliance.
Deep understanding of physical security measures including access control, cameras, and asset protection.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Must be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Skills/experience: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSPC), Spanish-language skills
