Security Manager

Basic Qualifications

Candidate must be results-oriented; capable of effectively working, leading, and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
Promised ability to interpret and implement U.S. Government security requirements, especially DoD Classified Programs.
Secret clearance with an investigation or Continuous Vetting (CV) date within 5 years.

Job Description

This position supports the national security of the United States. Our products play an important role in the national security of the United States and more than 70 other countries, ensuring peace and stability around the world. Highly trained and specialized personnel and facilities are key to the company's unrivaled success in the aeronautics industry. Our workforce of more than 25,000 has pre-eminent expertise in advanced aircraft design and production, modification and support, stealth technology and systems integration. We are looking for a Security Manager supporting the F-22 and F-35 Special Access Programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security professionals.
• Implement cost effective and value-added security solutions.
• Fortify our nation’s advanced technologies.
• Mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets.
• Promote compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.

Qualifications

• Experience in DoD Special Programs, specifically with DoD Manual 5205.07.
• Demonstrated Leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
