Security Manager

About the role

Manage the daily operations of the security department & assigns responsibilities and tasks to support department function.
Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and policies/procedures.
Monitor and follows up on customer complaints and investigations.
Manage and coach staff. Directs, prioritizes and makes daily adjustments to shift assignments and security deployment as necessary.

Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: Wisconsin Concealed Weapons License (CCW) to be obtained within 90 days (3 months) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc.
• Security Professional Education
• High School diploma equivalency, or Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
