Security/Maintenance (Part-Time-25 HRS/WK)

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Corps Officers regarding janitorial and facility-related issues, repairs, hazards, defects, and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize Women's and Men's rooms in the office and chapel sections.
• Maintain clean public areas and workspaces as assigned.
• Empties all trash cans from the kitchen as needed.
• Maintain floors clean, striped, waxed, mapped, and vacuumed as directed.
• Perform Manor repairs as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned by Corps Officers.

Qualifications

• Able to write and read in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with a disadvantaged population is necessary.
• Able to stand and move primarily during work hours.
• Able to take and follow instructions for assigned tasks.
• Familiarity with Building Safety and Maintenance.
