About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Security / Maintenance Labor / Custodial professional to join our team at the prestigious JPL NASA Table Mountain Facility in Wrightwood, CA. This critical role supports the safety, maintenance, and operational readiness of the facility through a combination of security monitoring, custodial duties, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and respond to alarms.
• Perform routine and emergency custodial duties such as cleaning, dusting, and trash removal.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks including but not limited to landscaping, painting, and light repairs.
• Work in various outdoor conditions including snow and extreme heat.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.

Requirements

• Valid Guard Card.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to work on a Federal Government facility.
• Ability to pass an extensive federal background check.

The Table Mountain Facility (TMF) operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
