Security Installation Technician

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Security Systems Technician to join our installation team and deployment of enterprise security solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who can work independently and is eager to continue developing their project skills through additional training and mentorship.The Technician will be responsible for the installation, programming, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of commercial security systems while ensuring exceptional customer service and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams on commercial security system projects.
• Install, terminate, configure, program, and test enterprise security systems.
• Provide project supervision and ensure work is completed according to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary field contact for customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage project tracking and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform troubleshooting, service, and diagnostics on security systems.
• Support customer systems through remote troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
• Organize and manage workload efficiently across multiple projects.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining
