Security Guard Unarmed Patrol

The position is a Full‑Time Unarmed Patrol Security Guard in Webster, NY, serving clients in industries such as Food/Beverage. The role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of food and beverage production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to maintain orderly entry and exit.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity, patrol, and incident reports while communicating professionally with site contacts, employees, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
