Security Guard Unarmed - Logistics Access Control

About the role

As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more. This posting is for an overnight Security Shift Supervisor at an airport, with immediate openings for Unarmed Security Officers.

Pay Rate: $21.00 an hour. Multiple shifts available, including full-time, part-time, and flex positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, visitor records, and other required documentation.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• 6+ months of security experience (ideal candidate).
• Arizona driver’s license for over one year with a clean driving record.
• Valid guard card/security officer license if required by Arizona DPS.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and conduct regular patrols.
• Willingness to work outside in various elements.
• Basic ability to use computers, radios, cameras, access-control systems, and incident-reporting software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, or rotating shifts as required.
