Starting Pay
$20.69 / hour
Schedules
Monday- Friday 0700- 1500, must be able to work other shifts for oversight
About the Role
The Security Team Lead will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Team Lead will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers.
Skills
Implementing and enforcing specific client security policies and procedures.
Conducting regular security patrols and inspections of the premises.
Monitoring security systems like CCTV cameras and access control systems.
Responding to security alarms and incidents promptly.
Investigating security breaches and suspicious activities.
Documenting incidents and preparing reports to be sent to the Operations Center.
