Security Guard, Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm; Monday and Tuesday 11pm-7am

Responsibilities

• Perform access control for guests, tenants, and vendors
• Enforce client and company policies and procedures
• Observe and report security and safety hazards
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building
• Report pertinent issues and incidents to operations manager, client, and other Admiral/ADM department managers
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possess exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office products
• Able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs
• At least one year of verifiable work experience (military, concierge, or AA/BA in a related field may be considered)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position may require working inside and outside in varying temperatures, standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, and some lifting. A portion of the role may also involve sitting in front of a computer for extended periods.
