Responsibilities
- Perform access control for guests, tenants, and vendors
- Enforce client and company policies and procedures
- Observe and report security and safety hazards
- Conduct routine foot patrols in and around buildings
- Report pertinent issues and incidents to operations manager, client, and other Admiral/ADM department managers
- Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office products
- Able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs
- At least one year of verifiable work experience (military, concierge, or AA/BA in a related field may be considered)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, and lifting.
