Security Guard Friday & Saturday 3:00PM-11:00PM; Sunday and Monday 11pm-7am

Responsibilities

• Provide access control for guests, tenants, and vendors.
• Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
• Observe and report security and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
• Report all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client, and other Admiral/ADM department managers as appropriate.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may require work inside and outside in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to operate and maintain site‑specific security programs.
• At least one year of verifiable work experience (military service, concierge experience, or an AA/BA in a related field will also be considered).
• VA DCJS License #11-1017 and/or TX DPS License #B04096301 (as applicable).
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, lift, and sit at a computer for extended times.
