About the role

We are seeking dependable, professional, part-time unarmed Security Guards/Lot Attendants to join our team. Our team patrols buildings, grounds, and parking areas, performs building checks and property inspections, observes and documents incidents, assists visitors, vendors, and tenants, monitors traffic flow, enforces parking policies, completes routine reports, and maintains a professional presence that reflects positively on the property and company.

Responsibilities

• Patrol buildings, grounds, and parking areas on a routine basis
• Perform building checks and property inspections
• Observe, document, and report incidents, safety concerns, and unusual activity
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and urgent situations
• Aid visitors, vendors, and tenants with directions and general property information
• Maintain a professional presence that reflects positively on the property and company
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation accurately and on time
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Prior security experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good judgment, attention to detail, and observational ability
• Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Pay

$20.00 - $22.00 /Hr.

Schedule

Weekday, weekend, and night shifts are available. Hours may vary based on property and operational needs.
