Security Guard

About the role

This role ensures the security and safety of the community by patrolling the buildings and grounds and monitoring the gatehouse. Support is provided during the evening and night hours for residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Patrol buildings and grounds under minimal direct supervision.
• Maintain security and safety of the community.
• Support residents and team members during evening and night hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security and/or emergency response experience preferred.
• CPR, AED, & first aid certification (or obtain within 3 months).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Pay

Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience, range from $17.00 to $21.29 per hour.

Schedule

Evens and nights.
