As a Security Guard Patrol Staff in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter points, remaining aware of changing conditions within the location.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted operational areas.
• Support day-to-day operations by communicating with staff regarding security-related matters, noting potential hazards or maintenance concerns, and completing required reports before the end of each shift.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
