Security Guard - Patrol Driver - Mornings

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site‑specific policies, reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security‑related concerns through accurate shift reports and activity logs.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while using communication and technology skills to report observations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• At least 19 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Meet any state/local licensing requirements prior to employment.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Customer service experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.

$19.25 per hour

• Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Thursday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
