About the role

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for employees and visitors. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a financial institution by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and following site-specific access procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, manage visitor registration, and direct guests, employees, and vendors in accordance with established policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation as required by site policy.
• Support a professional lobby environment and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and prompt reporting of security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Pay

$20.20 / Hour

Schedule

• Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sunday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
