About the role
As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will provide a welcoming presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and alarm response. You will use technology to assist with badge administration, monitor building activity, and communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and staff. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Welcome visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
- Monitor access points, cameras, alarm panels, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and access issues according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with building management and emergency responders when appropriate.
- Assist with front desk communications by answering phones, directing inquiries, receiving deliveries, and providing general information about building policies and services.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
