$18.10 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, loading zones, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, and support site traffic flow for trucks and other vehicles entering or leaving the location.
- Observe facility operations and surroundings for damaged gates, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other conditions that may require follow-up, then communicate findings according to site procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
