As a Security Guard - Part Time Overnight Patrol Driver in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, observe customer and visitor activity, and document incidents according to site procedures.
• Assist with closing and opening routines, provide visible presence throughout the location, and communicate clearly with management, tenants, and/or emergency responders during security-related events.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
