What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information when required, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.
- Support site operations by observing truck traffic, employee movement, and restricted areas, while maintaining awareness of industrial equipment, production areas, and other changing location conditions.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
