Security Guard Part Time Armed CPO

About the role

As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to situations with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized activity and/or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• CPO certification is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Wednesday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Thursday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
