About the role

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Observer in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. You will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and clear communication to tenants, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and/or guests while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access activity and visitor movement in accordance with site requirements, documenting observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Help maintain a professional presence at a high-visibility commercial location and support a positive experience for occupants and visitors.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
