About the role
Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location in Concord, NC. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and deliveries; verify credentials and follow site procedures for reporting unauthorized access attempts.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
- Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$18.36 / hour

- Monday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Saturday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Sunday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
