Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver in New Bern, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed conditions and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and/or visitors in accordance with site protocols for a manufacturing location.
• Support day-to-day operations by observing shipping and receiving areas, checking gates and doors, and reporting maintenance, access control, and/or policy-related issues.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
