Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Full Time Patrol Driver in Commercial Point, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls and more. This unarmed patrol position requires routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential loss-prevention concerns, and report observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and communication logs in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
