$26.88 – $27.88 per hour

• Thursday: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
• Friday: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
• Saturday: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
• Sunday: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a pharmaceutical healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, access‑control concerns, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, laboratories, office areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
• Support a professional, controlled environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following applicable procedures for restricted areas, deliveries, and after‑hours access.

Requirements

• At least two years of security‑related experience.
• Valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Minimum age: 18 years for unarmed roles (21 years for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
