About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location in Warren, NJ. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial office buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• State, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Pay

$20.35 / hour

• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
