Job Description

As a Security Guard Entry Screening in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a transportation location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and clear communication. You will support a welcoming environment while responding to security-related concerns and working closely with team members.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, access points, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while communicating professionally with transportation personnel, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
