Security Guard Dispatch Driver Communications

About the role

As a Security Guard Dispatch Driver Communications in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and direct response resources to help maintain a secure environment. This driving position calls for strong judgment, clear communication, and customer service while working collaboratively with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls, alarms, service requests, and incident information to appropriate personnel using site communication systems
• Monitor communications and access activity, maintain accurate dispatch logs, and prepare clear incident-related documentation in accordance with site procedures
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to designated contacts as appropriate
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions

Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only

Preferred qualifications

• CPR certification
• Valid firearms permit
• CPR/First Aid certification

Pay Rate: $27.03 / Hour

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
