Security Guard Concierge

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer who thrives on building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses on engaging with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

About the role

• Site Location: Orlando, FL
• Set schedule: Full Time, Saturday - Wednesday, 10PM - 6AM

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.60 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Florida Class D license required
• This is a driving post; must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.
