Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Position may be subject to random drug testing.
• A security clearance may be required.
• Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre‑Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship must be provided.
• One‑year trial/probationary period may be required.
• Direct Deposit of Pay is required.
• Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from the Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees.
• If retired from federal service and interested in reemployment as an annuitant, see the relevant information sheet.
• Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement.
• Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement.
• When performing a Civilian Permanent Change of Station (PCS) with the government, the IRS considers the majority of entitlements taxable; PCS allowances may be authorized per Joint Travel Regulations and agency determination of government interest.
• Incentives may be authorized.

Qualifications

• Experience includes paid and unpaid work, including volunteer service through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
• All qualifying experience, including volunteer experience, will be credited.
• Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, transcripts will be required as part of your application.
