What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local law enforcement when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, surrounding property, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, high-traffic areas, and/or receiving zones for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, while maintaining a professional presence.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal standards, and complete required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation before the end of each shift.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
