Job Description

As a Armed Security Officer Patrol Driver in Cleburne, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.   Fri 11:30 AM - 11:30 PM
  Sat 11:30 AM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, potential hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Maintain an armed presence in accordance with post orders and applicable laws, helping to support access control, monitor high-traffic areas, and/or respond to security-related concerns.
• Aid in de-escalation, incident reporting, and follow-up on suspicious activity, shoplifting concerns, and/or trespass issues while following Allied Universal standards and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
