Security Guard Access Control Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access‑related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, unauthorized access attempts, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or access‑related concerns.
• Support a professional and orderly environment at a food and beverage location by communicating clearly with site personnel and following required sanitation and facility‑entry practices.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

$14.50 per hour

• Tuesday: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Wednesday: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Thursday: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Friday: 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM
